1. About W-ROBOT

W-ROBOT is based in Shenzhen, China. Our product lines include linear modules, linear motors and electric grippers. We also offer the ERGD direct-drive rotary gripper (25 mm stroke, 10–35 N, infinite rotation up to 1080°/s) and the EPGL-265-800 long-stroke gripper (265 mm stroke, ±0.1 mm repeatability). 3. Which series fits your application

Replacing a pneumatic gripper, open/close only: EPGS economy series (I/O control).
Precision pick-and-place, assembly and inspection: EPG2 2-finger parallel series (±0.02 mm, Modbus RTU + I/O).
Irregular-shaped parts: EPG3 3-finger centric series.
Collaborative robots: EPGC series and EPG2-100-50.
Grip and rotate in one step: ERG rotary and ERGD direct-drive rotary.
Large parts and battery handling: EPGL long-stroke (EPGL-150-1200, 360–1200 N).

4. Customization

Interchangeable fingertips are one of the design points in our selection manual, so fingertip shape can be discussed per workpiece. For non-standard stroke, force or interface requirements, send us your application data and our engineers will evaluate it.

5. Gripper + linear module packages

Because W-ROBOT also builds linear modules and linear motors, we can combine a gripper with single-axis or multi-axis modules into pick-and-place, machine-tending or gantry units, so you deal with one supplier for the motion and the gripping.
